A 3- or 6-month 1:1 container for breaking free from self-abandonment, coming home to yourself, and learning to feel safe being who you are.
This is for the woman who has spent so much of her life trying to be who she thinks she should be that she’s lost touch with who she actually is.
Maybe you’ve learned to put other people’s needs, expectations, and opinions before your own. You’ve become disconnected from what you actually want, need, and feel. Somewhere along the way you learned that being accepted, doing things “right”, or keeping everyone else happy was what made you feel safe and worthy.
Before: “I’m allowed to rest if I’ve done enough”
Feeling tired and unmotivated brings up the belief that I’m lazy and unworthy if I’m not being productive, I should push myself to do more, which then creates more exhaustion and disconnection from self.
After: You notice when you are feeling tired and don’t immediately label yourself as lazy or force yourself to keep going. You listen to your body and allow yourself to rest without judgement. You have learned to trust and care for yourself without needing to justify it.
Before: “I’m allowed to say no if no-one will be disappointed”
Saying yes when you don’t want to do something because you are afraid they will be disappointed if you say no.
After: You recognize it is a no for you, you feel uncomfortable saying no but you are able to hold yourself through that discomfort and reply “no”. You no longer abandon yourself just to make someone else comfortable.
Before: “I can trust my intuition if I’m 100% certain.”
“What should I do? What would make sense? What would others choose?”
After: When you have a decision to make, instead of endlessly analyzing what you should do, you connect with your body, heart, and intuition and learn to trust what you receive. You allow your own inner knowing to have authority.
Instead you're learning how to stay with yourself when those things arise.
This isn't just about feeling the emotion. It's learning that you can experience the feeling without abandoning yourself. When you do this over and over again you develop experiential evidence that you can handle what arises within you.
Fear of discomfort can keep us from doing things that matter to us, and learning that we can stay with ourselves through discomfort can expand what feels possible.
Coaching helps you become conscious of the patterns, beliefs, expectations, and behaviours that are keeping you disconnected from yourself. It helps you recognize where you are abandoning yourself and explore what changes you need to make in your life.
Energy healing allows us to work on the energetic/spiritual dimension of that process. It helps to support deeper emotional and energetic shifts and connects you with support from your Higher Self and Spirit Guides. We can also receive intuitive information about what is going on on a deeper level.
I know what it’s like to hate parts of myself, wishing I could change, having very low self-worth, people pleasing, putting others before myself, feeling burnt out, and exhausted.
Then I discovered another way of relating to myself. Through the journey of learning how to reconnect with myself, love myself, accept myself, and feel safe, I know that this work is extremely powerful and important.
Other women deserve to feel this too because they deserve to feel empowered, trust themselves, prioritize their needs, be connected to their intuition and their purpose, and connected to what lights them up.
That’s why I care so deeply about helping other women experience this. Because I’ve been there and I’ve seen how good it can get.
